Biografija Stevana Raickovica
Stevan Raičković (5. jul 1928. godine Neresnica kod Kučeva - 6. maj 2007. Beograd) je bio srpski pesnik i akademik.
Gimnaziju je učio u Senti, Kruševcu, Smederevu i Subotici, gde je i maturirao. Studirao je na Filološkom fakultetu u Beogradu, a već sa 17 godina počeo je da objavljuje pesme u „Književnosti“, „Mladosti“, „Književnim novinama“ i „Politici“. Od 1945. do 1959. godine bio je saradnik Literarne redakcije Radio Beograda.
Do 1980. godine Raičković je bio urednik u Izdavačkom preduzeću „Prosveta“. Za dopisnog člana Srpske akademije nauka i umetnosti izabran je 1972. godine, a za redovnog 1981.
Objavio više od dvadeset zbirki pesama, sedam knjiga za decu, nekoliko knjiga eseja. Prvu zbirku „Detinjstvo“ objavio je 1950. godine, da bi već sledećom „Pesma tišine“, dve godine kasnije, bio primećen.
Prevodio je ruske pesnike, Anu Ahmatovu, Marinu Cvetajevu, Josifa Brodskog, sačinio je izbor poezije Borisa Pasternaka. U prepevu „Sedam ruskih pesnika“ i antologiji „Slovenske rime“ predstavio je i moderne ruske pesnike. Preveo je i Šekspirove sonete i „Deset ljubavnih soneta“ Frančeska Petrarke.
Raičkovićeva poezija objavljena je na ruskom, poljskom, češkom, slovačkom, mađarskom, bugarskom, rusinskom, albanskom, slovenačkom i makedonskom jeziku.
Dobitnik je najznačajnijih pesničkih nagrada - Zmajeve, Zmajevih dečjih igara, „Neven“, Njegoševe, Dučićeve, „Branko Miljković“, „Ljubiša Jocić“, „Goranov vijenac“, nagrade za prevodilaštvo „Miloš N. Đurić“, Vukove, nagrade „Desanka Maksimović“ i „Dušan Vasiljev“, kao i društvenih priznanja, Sedmojulske nagrade i Oktobarske nagrade Beograda, Oktobarske nagrade Herceg-Novog.
